So, I am currently working from home and trying to build my business, in addition to other side jobs. I created a big mess in my "parlor", where Haymakers Country Store use to operate. I loved my retail store! I loved seeing my customers time and again. It is a long story, but I am now Nunna's Farmhouse Estate Finds.
I also created a beautiful room in my home, before this parlor looked like it does, as an AIRBNB and loved it! Long story short... I am now listing all my "finds" online and developing what I hope to be a home business sufficient enough to live on. Time will tell. Here are a few shots of my set up. You can see buckets and boxes of my inventory and my new scale that is very important to have. I list each item, weigh it and wrap it carefully labeling each item with their sku number and location, record it and pack them away, while they wait for their new homes
So today, I am getting a little bit more organized. Life seems to have so many interruptions and it is a constant struggle to stay focused. I have a few pictures of my work area to share. Coming up with an inventory system has been a little scary. The last thing I want to have to do is to have to hunt among my inventory to find a product. So, I think I have it set up pretty good so far.
5/12/2022 - So today I played hooky... and went on an excursion with a friend. It was a good day to be out enjoying the weather, so I was guilt free.
